The 26-year-old Miyazato will now donate at least part of her $487,500 first prize to the relief efforts in Japan.
"I haven't decided yet, whether it will be all of the amount or some of it," she said. "This year I was playing for Japan."
Miyazato played with consistency throughout the tournament, dropping shots on just five of the 72 holes overall and finishing with a 15-under total of 273. Lewis also shot a 70 to finish two shots back in second, with a trio of players another stroke behind.
"It feels amazing, this is my favorite tournament so I'm really happy that I could win this again," Miyazato said. "Especially (because) right now, Japan's having a tough time. So I am just really happy to bring some happiness to Japan."
Miyazato had not won a title since the Safeway Classic last August, and the 26-year-old Japanese now has seven LPGA titles overall. She won her first LPGA title at Evian in 2009, and added five more last year.

Miyazato shot a 2-under 70 to protect her two-shot lead and hold off a surge from Stacy Lewis of the United States, the Kraft Nabisco winner who missed a golden chance to level the scores on the 16th hole.
The 26-year-old Miyazato will now donate at least part of her $487,500 first prize to the relief efforts in Japan.
"I haven't decided yet, whether it will be all of the amount or some of it," she said. "This year I was playing for Japan."
Miyazato played with consistency throughout the tournament, dropping shots on just five of the 72 holes overall and finishing with a 15-under total of 273. Lewis also shot a 70 to finish two shots back in second, with a trio of players another stroke behind.
"It feels amazing, this is my favorite tournament so I'm really happy that I could win this again," Miyazato said. "Especially (because) right now, Japan's having a tough time. So I am just really happy to bring some happiness to Japan."
Miyazato had not won a title since the Safeway Classic last August, and the 26-year-old Japanese now has seven LPGA titles overall. She won her first LPGA title at Evian in 2009, and added five more last year.
"There was so much happening at the beginning of the season, to be honest," Miyazato said, referring to the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan in March. "I always have Japan in my thoughts, it gives me motivation to play."

Miyazato raised both arms in the air after she sank her winning putt, and several players ran on to the green to soak her with water.
Miyazato joins two-time winners Laura Davies of England and Annika Sorenstam of Sweden, and needs one more Evian win to tie Sweden's Helen Alfredsson, the inaugural tournament champion and record-holder with three.

"We played in the same group yesterday, she played well without mistakes," Miyazato said. "Even though she was in front of me I knew she would play solid today."
But, with a birdie chance to level the match on the next hole, Lewis three-putted for a bogey to be two adrift of Miyazato again, her chances slipping away.
"That's the one shot I wish I could go back and hit again. Just left myself in a really bad spot," Lewis said. "When I missed that putt, I looked up and saw (Miyazato) had fallen back to 15 under, so I was kind of disappointed with that."
Lewis had been self-critical after all her previous three rounds, saying she lacked a cutting edge in the last few holes of the day.

"With the early time and fresh greens, I really wanted to have a go. I played well last week but made 18 pars in a row in the first round. Yesterday I also played well but didn't make the putts, but I knew it was going to happen sooner rather than later for me."

SAN MARTIN, California - By his own stated benchmark at the start of the week, Tiger Woods did not enjoy a successful Frys.com Open though he was happy with his day-by-day progress at CordeValle Golf Club.
Playing in his first PGA Tour event in almost two months after an injury-hit season of erratic form, the former world number one signed off with a three-under-par 68 in Sunday's final round, his third successive score in the 60s.
However, Woods had said on the eve of the tournament he would be satisfied with nothing less than victory in the second-tier PGA Tour event and he ended the week in a tie for 30th, a distant 10 strokes off the pace.
"I got better every day," the 14-times major champion told reporters after posting a seven-under total of 277 on another sun-splashed day at CordeValle where the average score was 69.21 in the final round.
"Unfortunately, there were a couple of times where I kind of didn't get the momentum going when I had a couple of chances to make putts or I hit a bad shot.
"I felt very comfortable, and I just need to keep staying the course. The game's coming."
These are trying times, though, for the greatest player of his generation and arguably the best ever.
Woods has been a shadow of his former dominant self since his private life unravelled at the end of 2009 and this week he was competing for the first time in a Fall Series event, at the urging of US Presidents Cup captain Fred Couples.
He was selected by Couples as one of two wildcard picks on the 12-man team to take on the Internationals in Melbourne from Nov. 17-20, despite having played only eight events this year.

Data from Beijing Forestry University's golf education and research center show that China was home to 570 golf courses by 2009. This represented a massive increase from five years earlier when 170 were in existence.
And of those new courses, only 10 were built with official approval.
The blatant disregard of the construction ban has led the government in recent years to place existing courses under stricter scrutiny.
Lin Han, a land-use planner in Shenzhen's urban planning, land and resources commission, land indemnification and farmland protection division, said a document arrived on his desk a few months ago, warning that the Firestone grounds were beginning to raise the eyebrows of inspectors.
"That was followed by a visit to Shenzhen by a national golf course inspection team on June 13 and an investigation by the Guangdong provincial department of land and resources from Aug 6 to 7," he said.
Lin said the scrutiny this year has been the strictest he can remember. "All of the owners of golf courses in China or other people in the business are holding their breath," he said. "For them, this is a matter of life and death."
One day last month, chauffeured limousines, including a Mercedes-Benz, Audi S6, Lexus and Buick, brought a group of golfers to Firestone Golf Club in the booming coastal city of Shenzhen.
Stepping out into the sunshine, smiling and unpacking their golf equipment, they showed no signs of suspecting that one of their favorite recreation spots would soon be taken over by the Shenzhen government. He was looking for his next challenge when the position of General Manger at Dale Hill became available in 2003. David had been for a number of interviews with other companies but when he met Paul and Jennifer for the first time he knew where he wanted to be.
David believed that they held the same approach to hospitality; that the focus was on getting the service right for the customers. In 2008 the General Manager at Chart Hills left the organisation and after meeting with Paul and Jennifer, David took over running both properties. In December 2010 Paul and Jennifer invited David to join them on the board as a Director of Leaderboard.
David loves his job and believes he is privileged to have the opportunity to run Dale Hill and Chart Hills. In his own words – "When I'm standing on the 5th tee on the Woosnam Course or I'm pulling into the drive at Chart Hills I stop and think – it does not get better than this."
